I cannot wait to try making pickled red onions this week. I love red onions but sometimes we don’t eat them fast enough. I have found this recipe and love the idea of pickling them for saving them for topping sandwiches like grilled chicken or burgers. This recipe is super easy and I love finding recipes that use ingredients that I already have.
