I was looking up some new ways to use the butternut squash and I found the recipe. I am so excited to let my kids try it. I made mine into muffin and added chocolate chips. I am sure my kids will love this new snack. And I love that it has veggies hidden in it.
Also I got a new Ninja foodie which is a pressure cooker and air fryer in one and it was such a breeze to cook these butternut squash in this recipe using the pressure cooker. What normally would have taken 30-40 min (cutting, peeling, dicing, and cooking) only took 15-20 min.
